Day 778

DAY 778 pupdate on Tugg: Tugg walked in, went straight to daddy’s closet, and pulled out the flat boxes labeled “kilts and other special things.” He opened the up and started getting out what he wanted and took it with him to his studio. A few minutes later, Tugg came downstairs wearing the heavyweight brown canvas Utilikilt, small black hiking boots, his cowboy hat and a tool belt complete with h
ammer, a bull whip, a lock pick set, assorted screwdrivers and pouches filled with other small items and Clif bars. Ajaxx rolled over from his favorite nap position, opened one eye, and asked Tugg where he was going in that outfit. Tugg said, “I’m going to look for the Holy Grail! I was looking through some of the Knights Templar books in the library, and I have a pretty good idea where it might be located!”
Ajaxx thought for a moment and said, I guess you’re going to go look for the Arc of the Covenant after that, eh?!”
Tugg said, “Nope. I already know where that is! The government put it in a box and stored it away in some warehouse — probably number 13 — after they got it from the Nazis in WWII! BUT, I might go look for Amelia Earhart’s plane in the Phoenix Islands…”

Who would have thought that a little puppy like I was, there on the left: wrapped in a blanket and staked next to the side of the highway, at only 4 months old, in the hot July sun only a little over two years ago — and left to die — would overcome several life-threatening ailments and go on to become the super hero and team mascot I am today! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for helping me become all that I can!
